Classical architecture is called classical for a reason. It’s clean, bright, polished and timeless, which is why it has always resurfaced again and again in great design. This is how I want to think of my closet. Finding pieces that will transcend the test of time and can be reinvented season after season is a big focus of mine lately.
It’s definitely not easy and takes discipline especially when you see all of the new trends and they all seem so exciting to try. I tried to exercise restraint here by keeping it clean but I couldn’t resist showing off some of my new spring accessories. These nude and slightly cat-eye sunnies will be an instant outfit brightener and of course I had to find a new spring hat! Speaking of hats, did you notice the new shape for fall? I’ll have to try this one on before I commit to it but it looks cute!
