I get a lot of comments about my adventures at stores like TJ Maxx so a few months ago I headed to Houston to tape a segment entirely devoted to my love of off-price shopping. As you can imagine I had a field day playing around in the store putting looks together and spilling my secrets on how to really score.
Hope you guys enjoy the tips and for those who want to catch it on actual tv, it airs Wednesday Feb 2nd at 12:30pm on the Live Well HD channel. To check local listings or see even more of my shopping tips head on over to the Live Well homepage.
Hope you all had a great weekend!

Very cool! Congrats on this segment, you’ve got some great tips! I never thought of taking the expensive piece I love into the other sections of the store to look for similar items. Love TJ Maxx!!
awesome segment, love shopping at tj maxx.
linds – you’re amazing! xo
Enjoyed your segment. TJ Maxx is one of my favorite stores!
Awesome segment! I actually just recently scored big at TJ Maxx, 2 pairs of Sam Edelman for less than 40 dollars each! It can be hit or miss but discount shopping is such a great way to get current fashions on a working girl’s budget!

great job lins, that layered knit outfit idea was genius!
Wow, I consider myself a pretty good bargain shopper, especially when it comes to havens like TJ Maxx, but you have opened up my eyes to a whole new dimension!
You did a great job with this video; not only were you as likable and authentic as you come off on your blog, but you really know what you’re talking about! The tips were great, and the looks you put together were really fabulous. I would wear all of those! My favorite part of this was your tip about layering knits over each other – I never thought about that and now I can’t wait to implement all you ideas!
Hi Lindsey! I saw this segment on TV and found my way to your blog. I love the Parisian outfit and Military outfit, could you tell me what brand are the pieces in those outfits? I was able to find the shoes in the military outfit at Marshalls, but I’d really like to try and find the faux leather jacket as well as the jacket, blouse, and skirt in the Parisian outfit. Thanks!
I love your sense of style on a budget!! It is so much fun to get great pieces for even greater prices. Thanks for all of the inspiring looks.
Hello! Could someone PLEASE tell me the name of the designer, and possibly the name of the shoe, that was profiled in the military outfit? I’ve been on the hunt for them for quite awhile, but i Have no information to go off of. Thank you in advance!!!
