After throwing on my normal, classic neutral ensemble I decided to toss in some color to switch things up a bit.  The shoes brighten up the bag and the bag tones down the shoes in a weird way that doesn’t seem to make sense.  This was the trench that I wore in the commercial and it’s become such a classic staple so far this fall.  I’m also thoroughly amused at the name of these shoes (Clue) because all I can think of is Colonel Mustard with the candle stick in the library.  Epic.

The shoes are ridiculously comfortable and for the reader that asked me about the Nine West Mavenue shoe in the previous post, those are also pretty comfortable despite the heel height.  This is pretty much the perfect city outfit for me and I did wear it all day on Friday to run errands and hit some lunch at Le Charlot.
