Hat: TJ Maxx, Coat: Zara, Pants: Wilfred for Aritzia, Shoes: Marni via TJ Maxx (last year), Bag: Kate Spade (in grey on sale)

The weather has been so fickle this winter and I’ve been in and out of so many different climates that when I get back to NY I don’t even know what to reach for first.  It was freezing this day and all I wanted to do was find a way to wear my new pants but also keep as much skin covered as possible.  I snagged this hat while taping with TJ Maxx as it was part of the wardrobe and I couldn’t resist buying it straight off the set.  I’m a big fan of hats that have a wide, stiff brim rather than floppy… plus, it matches the color palette of most of my closet.  And this bag is on sale in grey if anyone is still looking to pick up one before they are gone for good!

So true, the new york weather has been crazy! One day I’m in pastels and neons and the next I’m in all black like in my post today!

Lovely outfit. Is the collar detachable? I remember in a previous post you wore a collar from Zara. Is this the same one? I love it.

I’m a really big hat lady as well. I love them, especially the one in your photo. A lady once said to me, “A woman without a hat is a woman without a future.” I think it’s safe to say you have a pretty bright future. : )
